Thank you for doing your on-line shopping with Bowling World 2000. Below are the terms and conditions under which we trade.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you confirmation of dispatch . We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

We will normally ship your order to you within 3 business days although the occassional order may take up to 5 business days. International orders are generally received in under 7 days after shipping.

If your item is not in stock, we will email you before deciding how to proceed. If you decide to cancel the order your Paypal payment will be refunded within one working day - although it may take three more working days to appear back in your account. Credit card payments are deferred until goods are shipped so if the order has to be cancelled the payment will be aborted.

Taxable items have prevailling VAT rate (sales tax) added.

Any credit card details you enter are transmitted over a secure(SSL) link using 128-bit encryption direct to our payment gateway. No credit or debit card details are stored by Bowling World 2000.

We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 30 day guarantee. If goods are faulty we will give you a full refund or exchange them. The only exception are balls drilled to your selected size or personal measurements unless there is a fault with the ball. In addition, customers from the European Union are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm. If you are returning goods please include name, order number, address contact telephone number, E-mail address, description of goods being returned, method of payment and the reason for their return. Also indicate whether you require a replacement or a refund to your credit/debit card or paypal account.

We do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Freight Charges

All good purchased within the mainland UK are dispached freight free. Goods purchased in Europe or Ireland and the UK Islands are charged for freight at the appropriate rate shown below:

For Ireland and the UK Islands there is a basic charge of £8 for one box up to 35Kg and £16 for two boxes up to 50Kg.

For the Rest of Western Europe (excluding Norway) the follow charges apply:
Up to 2.7Kg - £9.50, Up to 8Kg - £20, Up to 14 Kg - £24, Up to 19Kg - £27, Up to 24 Kg - £32, Up to 30 Kg - £57, Up to 35 Kg - £69.

For countries such as Norway, Greece, Cyprus, Bulgaria etc., the cost of freight will be shown as you process your order.
